Booking a car on UX is designed to be simple, secure, and convenient. Follow the steps below to reserve your vehicle.
Step 1: Create an Account or Log In
Sign up on the UX website or app using your email, phone number, or social media account. If you already have an account, simply log in. Complete your profile by adding your contact information, driver’s license details, and any required verification documents.
Step 2: Search for a Vehicle
Enter your desired pickup location and select your rental start and end dates. You can also choose a different drop-off location if needed. Use filters to narrow your search by vehicle type, price range, transmission, or features such as air conditioning, GPS, or child seats.
Step 3: Browse and Select a Vehicle
Review available vehicle listings that match your search. Each listing includes photos, specifications, pricing, mileage limits, and the owner’s rental terms. You can also check ratings and reviews from previous renters before selecting a vehicle.
Step 4: Submit a Booking Request
After choosing a vehicle, review the rental details, including the total cost and rental period. Click “Request to Book” and enter your payment information to secure the reservation. The vehicle owner will receive the request and can accept or decline it.
Step 5: Payment Confirmation
Once the owner accepts your request, the payment will be processed through the secure UX payment system. Depending on the owner’s terms, a refundable security deposit may also be held until the vehicle is returned in good condition.
Step 6: Coordinate Pickup
Use the in-app messaging system to communicate with the owner and arrange pickup details, including time, location, and any specific instructions. Make sure you have the necessary documents, such as a valid driver’s license.
Step 7: Pick Up the Vehicle
Meet the owner at the agreed pickup location and time. Both parties should inspect the vehicle and confirm its condition before the rental begins. Any required agreements or checklists should be completed at this stage.
Step 8: Enjoy Your Rental
Drive responsibly and follow all traffic laws, as well as any conditions set by the vehicle owner. If you experience any issues during the rental, contact the owner through the platform or reach out to UX support.
Step 9: Return the Vehicle
Return the vehicle at the agreed location and time. Conduct a final inspection with the owner to confirm the vehicle’s condition and return the keys and any provided documents.
Step 10: Leave a Review
After the rental is complete, you will have the opportunity to rate your experience and leave feedback for the vehicle and the owner. Reviews help maintain trust and transparency within the UX community.

Cancellation: Bookings may be canceled according to the UX Cancellation Policy. Fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
