- **"User"** refers to any individual or entity who registers or uses the platform, including both vehicle owners ("Owners") and vehicle renters ("Renters").
- **"Content"** refers to all text, images, videos, and other materials submitted or posted by users on the platform.
### **3. User Eligibility**
- Users must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
- Users must have a valid driver’s license and be legally eligible to drive in the location where they are renting.
### **4. User Responsibilities**
- **Owners**: Must ensure that their vehicles are safe, properly maintained, insured, and meet all legal requirements for rental in their jurisdiction. Owners are solely responsible for the information they provide, including vehicle availability, pricing, and condition.
- **Renters**: Must comply with all traffic laws and are responsible for any damage, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period. Renters must return vehicles in the same condition as when rented.
### **5. Booking and Payment Terms**
- **Booking**: All bookings must be made through the platform. The platform provides a booking management system that facilitates communication between Owners and Renters.
- **Payment**: Payment for rentals must be made through the platform's payment system. UX will deduct a service fee for each transaction, and the remaining amount will be transferred to the Owner.
- **Cancellation Policy**: Cancellations are subject to the terms set by the vehicle Owner, which will be clearly displayed during the booking process. UX reserves the right to retain service fees in case of cancellations.
### **6. Insurance and Liability**
- **Vehicle Owners** are required to maintain adequate insurance coverage for their vehicles. The platform is not responsible for any disputes arising from insurance claims.
- **Renters** are encouraged to verify the insurance coverage details of the vehicle they are renting.
- UX is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
### **7. Dispute Resolution**
- In the event of a dispute between Owners and Renters, both parties should first attempt to resolve the issue directly. UX provides a communication channel but does not mediate disputes.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, users may seek recourse through their respective legal channels.
### **8. Prohibited Activities**
Users are prohibited from:
- Posting false or misleading information.
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Interfering with or disrupting the platform's operations.
- Using the platform to harm others or promote discrimination or harassment.
### **9. Termination and Suspension**
- UX reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any activity that is harmful to the platform or other users.
- Users may terminate their accounts at any time. However, any outstanding obligations, such as payments or disputes, must be settled before termination.
